What kind of gyms is Neo for?

How does Neo help with retention?
Neo gives students a way to stay connected to their progress, see how they are improving, and feel more invested in the process. It is not a magic retention bullet, but it helps members feel supported and engaged in training.
How long does rollout take?
From the agreement date, we aim to have your gym set up and running in about 30 days. Exact timing depends on layout and installation scope.
What does installation involve?
We normally install over a weekend to minimize disruption. The team mounts cameras, cleanly runs wires, configures the system, and tests coverage before rollout.
What happens after we decide to move forward?
Planning call → agreement → payment → installation → rollout → ongoing support. We stay involved through the full launch process.
